Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to but into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exist between us. Delivery Schedule
We aim to send your order upon receipt. Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders should take between 2-3 working days to arrive. However, any orders paid by cheque will take a little longer as cheques must be cleared before items can be despatched.

Returns Policy
Please complete the returns form included in your order and return the goods within 14 days from receipt. All goods must be returned to us unworn and with their original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days. We are unable to refund original postage and packaging and all returned goods should have a "proof of posting" certificate as we can not be held responsible for any goods lost on return to us.
